  1. Try deleting ModernWarfare.exe and scan / repair so it redownloads.

  2. Download all & and install them.

  3. Update your graphics drivers

  4. Make sure your in-game aspect ratio is set to automatic

  5. Make sure the product is up-to-date

  6. Download and follow the on-screen instructions. Type "Yes" for any questions it may ask.
