This is a CoD Blocker Error, try these:
1) Disable Valorant Anti-Cheat Using This Filearrow-up-right or by typing "sc stop vgk" into cmd.
2) Make sure CPU Virtualization is enable via your bios ( look it up on YouTube, each motherboard is different )
